Terms and conditions
ESSLINGUA is an online Spanish service that offers online Spanish classes for all levels. All classes require the client to have: video camera, or webcam and microphone activated, as well connection to the internet.
We understand that everyone has different schedules and needs and we strive to accommodate all students and will be as flexible as we can.
Form of payment and scheduling
Payments must be made before classes and can be accepted either online, via Paypal, credit or debit card. Bank transfer is available under request.
Packages of five classes must be taken within five weeks of purchase, as well as, packages of ten classes must be taken within 10 weeks of purchase. The student or client will receive an email with the information of scheduled classes, also an additional email will include the link and password for the platform being used for video chat. The platform used by ESSLINGUA is Zoom.
Each client is only allowed one trial class. If the student does not attend the trial class, the following classes will be charged at the normal rate.
cancel and reschedule
ESSLINGUA does not offer refunds, Online classes or appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled as long as an email is sent to the tutor at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson time.
If the student has no joined the classroom within the first 10 minutes of the class, it can be marked as missed, and will not be refunded
The information that you “the client” Provide to ESSLINGUA is kept confidential, and is not going to sell, rent or share to any third party.
ESSLINGUA creates and provides accommodations depending on your needs and level, using books for references, videos, audios, reading, etc. all in Spanish. All materials will be provided by the tutor but some materials will be suggest to purchase
Remember that learning a new language takes time and is about practice, patience, and persistent commitment. These classes are online, Spanish immersion, meaning that the use of English language will be limited to basic instruction, and communication only.

To start classes you must contact us and provide personal information such as full name, telephone, and email, at other times you may be asked to provide additional information such as gender, age, and other information in order to provide additional information about our services.
We may publish testimonials from our clients on our websites, platforms, and social networks, which may have personal information. Once you accept the terms of service, you give us your consent to publish on our website and on social networks any testimonial or opinion that comes from you, this includes your name and the testimonial or opinion.
We do not share, sell, loan or lease any of the information that you have provided us (such as name, telephone, or email address) with anyone, except if it is necessary to make transactions or provide services that you require.
what we do with your information
In general, we may use your information to provide and improve the service. As part of the service, we can send you information about your progress, and announcements that are necessary for the administration of our service.
We work with third parties who provide services which may include website hosting and use of online learning materials. Personal information may be shared in order to provide you with the best service.
After the relationship with us ends, we may keep your information for a commercially reasonable time for audit purposes.
We use reasonable security methods to protect the information you provide to us. However, no security system is impenetrable, because of this we cannot guarantee the security of our servers.
